Replacement fibreglass upper shaft for the SD/GP/GPX Minelab detectors up to the GPX5000, which replaces the aluminium original. This is a benefit when swinging larger coils, generally over 16" mono size to stop the coil "sensing" the original metal upper shaft and giving some gains in depth performance. This shaft is approximately 830 mm in length, 22.2 mm in diameter and has the mounting holes for the original control box hardware. It has 6 adjusting holes at the compression nut end to allow more adjustment.
